Fantastic stay! My wife and I were in town to visit our daughter who is in training at Pensacola Naval Air Station. The location was close enough to everything to be convenient, but far enough away to be relaxing. The cottage is fantastic and well appointed. We loved the decor and it was the perfect fit for us. James was a pleasure to communicate with and made the entire process smooth and simple. We will recommend this place to all of our friends and family and will stay again!

This was such a cute place! It looked exactly like the photos, was legitimately spotless, and the bed was so comfy. It was in the perfect location to easily get to everything and the string lights around the property were such an awesome touch to help find the turn in when driving back at night. We loved it and our dog Maggie loved it too! Will definitely look to stay at one of James’ listings again when we come back!

Our stay was great! The house was wonderful with all the right special touches. Very nice. Loved all the instructions and recommendations for things in the area. We enjoyed the park not far from the rental . There is a great dog park and my son enjoyed fishing there. Minutes away from everything. We went to Parlor Donuts one morning, delicious! We had a great stay. I highly recommend. James was a great host. The information that was sent about the area was way more than expected. Very organized and impressive. The neighborhood is a mix of newer and older houses. Nice calm area.

James was able to accommodate us in a very short amount of time. The home was decorated tastefully and was exactly as described. We loved the bonus area with the fire pit and yard games. Communication was fantastic and we loved that the check out was at 11. We really enjoyed this space!

We got James' place for one night only for a last minute trip to Pensacola. It was one of the most beautifully decorated Airbnb's I have stayed in. Everything seemed new and extremely clean. Very little required for clean-up upon check-out. Hope we can stay here again on future trips.

This stay was in a very convenient location, close to many areas of Pensacola. The house is in a cute, quiet little community and the house itself was very cute. Finding the house and check-in was extremely easy due to very clear instructions given by James.

Adorable place! I want to come back so I can see how the others are decorated. Loved the design concept, cleanliness, and comfort. Great recommendation for the “East Hill Wine Bar” as well. Highly recommend staying here in Pensacola.

I loved this place and can’t wait to stay again. The host was very kind and responsive, everything was clean upon arrival, and the home was actually better than what was pictured. This was perfect for a nice and quiet retreat.

They were prompt, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made a significant difference. Overall, our stay was exceptional, and we wholeheartedly recommend this Airbnb to anyone! We look forward to returning!

My partner & I were so pleased with our stay at The Pelican! Not only is the space incredibly cozy & pristinely decorated, it is absolutely spotless! It is also fairly close to the beach without being caught in all of the cross & traffic. We will definitely be back next time to check out the other spaces on the property!
