The first thing that stood out was how friendly and helpful James, the host was. Seeing the property, I was amazing at how CLEAN it was and the simplicity of the creative design. It’s a very peaceful place to stay and in a perfect location. Would definitely recommend.

It was a great place they were super nice and had great and quick communication this stay for us was honestly a 10/10 for the price although there is always room for improvement. Room was very hot at night and bed was not very comfortable otherwise the location was perfect and felt extremely cozy. They provide you with all the things you would expect in a Airbnb and their all natural products were a must have :)) we even order some lol

I absolutely loved this rental! The details and decor are so beautiful and cozy! The shower was stunning! James was helpful and responsive; beyond accommodating! It was a beautiful little escape to come visit my son! Thank you for such a wonderful space to spend my weekend!

Absolute perfection from every angle! James was the perfect host with excellent proactive communication and response time to my questions! The home was perfectly charming and spotless in a wonderfully central location to everything I needed. The property lay out is amazing and so are the shared amenities. I will absolutely re-book next time I’m in town!

Our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable! Very easy check in and worked perfectly with our schedule. Once we got inside the home was very cozy and made us feel right at home. James was very responsive and even sent over recommendations for local restaurants and things to do in the area. Loved our stay!

Enchanting! Such a unique and wonderful place to stay! Amazing kitchen and bathroom, wonderfully comfortable bed and even the sleeper sofa was comfortable! Next time in Pensacola we will definitely book one of the Vella Villas! Perfect!

Me and my husband absolutely loved our stay here while visiting family. Would definitely recommend. Place was very clean. Kitchen was beautiful. Everything looked just like the photos. Great location and close to everything. Would book again when in town.

This was such a quaint cottage. We enjoyed it, and it was the perfect size for three of us and our dog. I absolutely loved the porch swing outside. Sat on it for hours each day. It was very relaxing to read a book out there. My dog loved hanging out on the porch too! No mosquitoes at all and it was raining the weekend we visited. Everything is max 10 minutes away, so conveniently located. I absolutely recommend this cottage!

Such a great little cottage. Super cute and cozy. Quiet setting. I was super impressed at every level. Spotless ! Super comfortable bed. Great bathroom. Kitchen has everything you would need to cook - which I needed. Great appliances. Wonderful coffee set up. Spices, coffee, tea and filters which were so nice. Pots, pans, etc to use. I typically don’t cook as much while away but needed to for this trip. Great grocery nearby. So close to airport. Super easy to get around. I use ABNB all over the world and would 100% recommend this one. I would book again in a heartbeat. I had to be able to accommodate a pet, if needed and although I didn’t end up needing it was thrilled to find a place of this caliber. James is truly a super host. I wish I had the cleaners available to use in my home. So clean. So well stocked. So safe. So comfortable. Perfection.

The villa was very nice inside and was perfect for our weekend stay. It’s near breweries, a wine bar and a few restaurants. The other villas looked very nice too and the grounds were nice.
