James was a fantastic host and very accommodating! Had an issue with the internet the first evening and he came right away to fix it. Beautiful location and place to stay. Definitely a hidden gem in Pensacola! We loved staying there and would love to come check out the other cottages on the property in the future! I highly recommend this one to anyone visiting the area.

What a great place for a quick getaway to beautiful Pensacola!! The location is premium and withing walking or short driving distance to the best places. The home had a very cozy vibe with some great amenities ! The hosts were always responsive and helpful the entire stay! Highly recommend!

This place was even cuter and more charming than my high expectations from the cool photos online. Very stylish and immaculately clean. The perfect Christmas getaway for me and my wife. The host was very friendly and communicative during the stay too. Could not be more happy with the experience.

We came to Pensacola for a last minute extended weekend. James place was exactly like the picture, and this particular cottage was right by the fire pit and the back of the property so it was very convenient to take our dog out.

We had an excellent stay. The location was perfect for visiting our son at the naval base. The place was perfect and we enjoyed the fire pit for the cool evening. Will definitely stay again.

Cute cottage in East Hill area of Pensacola which is convenient to breweries and restaurants and an easy drive to the beach. Furnishings were probably the best I have seen in an AirBnB. Nice decorative touches and some cool retro (but new) appliances. Loved the cute Bluetooth speaker provided and the coffee pot was a very nice one. We did have an issue in the first cabin we were staying and James responded very quickly and we were able to move to another cottage.

The first thing that stood out was how friendly and helpful James, the host was. Seeing the property, I was amazing at how CLEAN it was and the simplicity of the creative design. It’s a very peaceful place to stay and in a perfect location. Would definitely recommend.

I absolutely loved this rental! The details and decor are so beautiful and cozy! The shower was stunning! James was helpful and responsive; beyond accommodating! It was a beautiful little escape to come visit my son! Thank you for such a wonderful space to spend my weekend!

Absolute perfection from every angle! James was the perfect host with excellent proactive communication and response time to my questions! The home was perfectly charming and spotless in a wonderfully central location to everything I needed. The property lay out is amazing and so are the shared amenities. I will absolutely re-book next time I’m in town!
